Experienced in advanced web publishing and project management; highly experienced in graphics and multimedia design to include image, web page and search engine optimisation.

A solid understanding of website usability and accessibility design principles, experienced in working with Web 2.0 technologies with the ability to design to W3C standards.

Experienced in advanced digital photography including sophisticated digital darkroom techniques - experienced in digital video production including video editing for both web and DVD based projects.

Mr Rob Bowen is the owner and author of an online educational resource formally recognised by the National Library of Wales for its ingenuity and usage of ICT and Internet based technologies in support of further and higher education - the website www.kenfig.org.uk is a comprehensive history and community project which has been awarded Heritage Status.

The website is a Welsh Assembly Government funded project operated as a not for profit making organisation which has been recognised by the National Library of Wales as 'An important part of Wales' documentary heritage' and as a direct result is being archived through both the National Library and the UK Web Archiving Consortium.

The Kenfig website is listed as an e-Resource on Wales on the Web Curriculum Cymreig Guide which can be used as a teaching resource forming a part of the teaching of the National Curriculum.

The website is used not only by local schools, colleges and universities in South Wales, but also throughout the United Kingdom and also by K12 educational establishments across the United States, Canada and Australia together with the wider world - The website is visited by educational departments from numerous worldwide governments on a regular basis.
